After a first meeting, Gladeside needed a post-call sales deck that kept the conversation moving. The goal wasn't to impress. It was to reassure, reduce doubt, and make it easy for a prospect to say yes with confidence.

The brief: a clean, focused capability deck that builds trust and supports fast decisions in a high-stakes, high-trust category.

The deck's job is to do the work after the meeting is over, when the prospect is evaluating Gladeside against other options without anyone in the room to answer questions. That's a specific problem that requires a specific solution: a document that feels authoritative without being heavy, and confident without being aggressive.

Applied neuroscience shaped every decision. Cognitive ease principles were applied to the structure so decision-makers could move through the deck without friction. Messaging was stripped back and reframed around the emotional drivers that matter most in executive search: alignment, confidence, and speed. Visual design was kept minimal and editorial, reflecting a premium professional services brand rather than a templated agency deck.
